1. Business information we display

RadarLocal displays public information about local businesses (name, address, phone, website, ratings and reviews) obtained from Google and other public sources. This is business information, not personal data of the consumers who visit the site.

2. Data we collect from you

We only collect personal data when you provide it voluntarily in a contact form: your name, phone and the message you write. We use it to deliver your request to the relevant business and follow up. We do not sell your data.

The public site requires no account and processes no payments.

3. Purpose and authorization

By submitting a form you authorize VIVOMEDIA S.A.S. to process your data for the purpose of managing your contact with the business and reaching out to you about it. We do not use it for other purposes without your consent.

4. Cookies

We use minimal cookies and local storage, necessary for the site to work (for example, remembering light/dark theme). We do not use invasive third-party advertising.

5. Your rights (Habeas Data)

You may access, update, correct and delete your data, and revoke authorization, by writing to soporte@radarlocal.com. We will handle your request within the timeframes of Law 1581 of 2012.

6. Retention and changes

We keep contact data for as long as needed to manage your request and meet legal obligations. We may update this policy; the version in force is the one published here.
